Leading the Way in Sustainable Interiors: Our FISP Audit Success During London Climate Action Week

This year’s London Climate Action Week (#LCAW) brought an extra reason to celebrate: we were proudly re-certified under the Furniture Industry Sustainability Programme (FISP) for another 12 months!

FISP is the UK’s leading standard for sustainable practices in the furniture industry. It’s more than just a badge – it’s an ongoing commitment to embed sustainability across every aspect of our operations, from sourcing materials to supporting our team and community.

Why This Matters Now

With climate concerns front and centre during #LCAW, we know that sustainable design isn’t just a trend – it’s a necessity. Businesses and individuals are rethinking the spaces they live and work in. And we’re here to help them make climate-conscious choices, backed by rigorous standards and real action.

A Closer Look at Our Audit Highlights

We’re proud to say we performed exceptionally well in a number of key areas during this year’s FISP audit:

  • Environmental Management Systems
Our structured approach ensures continuous monitoring, reduction, and reporting of environmental impact.
  • Waste & Packaging Management
We’ve refined our systems to minimise waste and prioritise reusable or recyclable packaging.
  • Procurement & Sustainable Timber
We work closely with suppliers who align with our ethical and environmental values, using certified sustainable timber wherever possible.
  • Eco Design & End-of-Life Management
Products are designed with longevity, repairability, and recyclability in mind — helping reduce landfill waste and support circular design.
  • Community Relationships & Charity Work
We actively engage with local organisations and initiatives, supporting causes that align with our sustainability and wellbeing goals.
  • Healthy Work Environments & Employee Wellbeing
From ergonomic setups to mental health support, we create spaces (and a culture) that foster health, safety, and happiness.
  • Employment & Business Resilience
Investing in our people and planning for long-term sustainability keeps us strong, agile, and ready to grow responsibly.

What This Means for You

Whether you’re designing a future-ready workplace, arranging a DSE compliant home office setup, or fitting out an entire building with low-impact interiors, our FISP certification gives you confidence that we’re doing things the right way — ethically, responsibly, and with the climate in mind.

Looking Ahead

We’re incredibly grateful to our auditor John for visiting us, and to our compliance manager Jeni, whose diligence and passion continue to drive our progress.

As the conversation around climate action grows louder, we’re doubling down on our mission to deliver interiors that are both beautiful and sustainable — and to support the LCAW community in building better, greener spaces.

Let’s design for the future, together.
