Creating the perfect workspace often involves making many decisions, and we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible. Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most commonly asked questions about our services. If you don’t see your question, a member of our team is here to help.

Will someone take care of everything for me?

Absolutely! Our project team follows a tried-and-tested process that leaves no stone unturned. From coordinating suppliers to managing delivery and installation, we handle every detail—so you can sit back and watch your space transform.

Communication is key. While we do everything possible to keep projects on schedule, we understand that delays can happen—especially with new build projects.

If there’s a delay on your end, we’ll work with our supply chain to adjust deliveries where feasible. If a delay occurs on our side (which is rare), we’ll communicate as early as possible and work on a resolution to minimise any impact on your completion date.

We always aim to minimise waste, so if you realise you’ve made a mistake, get in touch as soon as possible, and we’ll see what can be done.

Since our products are made to order, changes can’t be made once items are in production. However, additional items can be ordered separately, though they may arrive in a second delivery.

Our customer support team keeps you updated every step of the way. We let you know a week commencing date on receipt of your order and a delivery day the week before your delivery is scheduled. You can also check in at any time—just quote your order reference number, and we’ll provide a live update on your order’s progress.
